03The fruit
A small fruit with an outsized reputation.
Blueberries are one of the few fruits prized by chefs and nutritionists alike. Ours are large, crunchy and delicious, with the deep colour that comes from a berry grown slowly in cool mountain air.

Rich in antioxidantsThe deep blue skin comes from anthocyanins, the plant pigments that give blueberries one of the highest antioxidant counts of any common fruit.

Vitamins C and K, and fibreA good source of vitamin C, vitamin K and manganese, with useful dietary fibre in every serving.

Naturally low in sugarAmong the lowest-sugar fruits per serving, with a low glycaemic load. Sweetness comes from flavour, not from sugar.

Walk the rows with our team, learn how blueberries are grown in the hills, and in season pick and taste from the bush. Guided tours run for small groups by appointment, including families, schools and corporate groups.
